JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Project Manager with extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment plant (WTP/WWTP) construction.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will lead the successful planning, execution, and completion of complex infrastructure projects, utilizing your expertise in alternative project delivery methods (APDM).


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required. A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on WTP/WWTP projects, is essential.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of water/wastewater treatment plant construction methods, materials, and equipment. Familiarity with APDM procurement methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of project financials, including budgeting, cost control, and profit/loss analysis.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Valid and clean driver's license.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgets, schedules, staffing requirements, and resource allocation. Oversee all project phases, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Contract Management: Manage subcontracts and purchase orders, negotiate and execute change orders, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring project success and minimizing financial losses.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and resolving conflicts effectively.
  • Client Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Monitor project costs, prepare financial reports, and ensure project profitability.
  • Project Closeout: Oversee project closeout activities, including final quantity reconciliation, change order resolution, and obtaining letters of acceptance.
