Hubflow Plans A Move to London With 100 New Locations

Hubflow, a serviced office provider based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, has announced plans to add to its number of workspaces in London. This rapid expansion plan is part of an extensive launch that will take its brand and flexible working model to cities internationally.
London is not a new city to the company, in fact; Hubflow already has a number of bespoke serviced office locations in London, including the former Rolls Royce headquarters in Victoria. But now the company is pushing forward with a rapid expansion project, having already agreed terms on a suite of new locations such as Bank, Mayfair, Paddington, and Waterloo.
The strategy, known as ‘Hundred Hubflows’, is to open 100 new London locations in a five-year targeted campaign. But the company isn’t stopping there, as there are also plans to add more locations in Belfast, Edinburgh, and Dublin.
Hubflow’s ambition is relentless as it announces its commitment to add other global cities and financial centres to its portfolio, including New York, Singapore, Tokyo, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
Hubflow was founded at the height of the pandemic in the spring of 2020 by property developer Gary McCausland and digital project manager Declan Mellan, establishing locations in Belfast and London.
The company’s aims are clear as McCausland says “Our strategy at Hubflow is simple – we want businesses to grow, be successful and thrive and we provide environments that allow them to do this.”
